Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information KUCHILL collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or book a consultation, we collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. Made-to-order measurements are always taken in person at the studio and are never submitted or stored online.
How we use your information
We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery and studio appointments, manage your account and Chill Passport status, and send order or account-related emails. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers — Paystack handles that in line with their own security standards.
Signing in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create and manage your account. We never receive or store your Google password.
Cookies and local storage
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember what's in your bag before checkout — both are essential and always on. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, but only if you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; you can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for kuchillgh.com. Nothing here is used to track you across other websites.
Your rights
You can view and update your details from your account page at any time, and request that your account be deleted. Some order records may be kept for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
