Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the KUCHILL website and any order, booking, or membership made through it. Please read them before placing an order.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities on any drop or limited release.
Made-to-order service
Made-to-order pieces begin with a paid, in-studio consultation. A 70% deposit confirms your order and starts production; the balance is due before delivery. Because each piece is cut and made specifically for you, made-to-order orders are final once production has started.
The Chill Passport
The Chill Passport is a membership tier earned by completing five or more purchases through a registered account — guest orders do not count. It grants access to the Chill Archives, Notes from the C.D., and The Great Wall, not discounts. Membership may be reviewed or revoked in cases of abuse.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account details and password secure, and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Intellectual property
All designs, photography, and content on this site belong to KUCHILL and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. KUCHILL isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
